Difference between fern and moss plant

Ferns are vascular,mosses non-vascular
Both are non-flowering.
Ferns have true stem,roots but mosses dont.

=> Support tissues, true leaves, stems, roots, pollen, seeds, fruits and flowers are absent in Moss plant.

=> Moss have water required for fertilization.

FERNS :
