Calcium Hydroxide is the solution X
 Ca(OH)2 + CO2  = CaCO3 + H20
due to the presence of CaCO3 the solution becomes lime water milky
X can be obtained by reacting calcium with water
 Ca + 2H2O = Ca(OH)2 + H2
