A speech on privalization of health centres in India . Is it good or bad .

Increasing economic liberalisation and privatisation have affected health care and many other things. Although it's global in India, it happens overnight daily and in public health services. Very few countries can afford this privatisation of health centres. And also the health centres costs some hidden charges from the patients.
So, it's not good. ..
