Obviously all of us like or love to play games but there are some people who just like the term and not like it to test practically,but why?Because they are not fit and as they are not fit they dont feel to do anything.Lets take another example many people want to lose fat which they are gaining bit they want to lose fat without excersing and playing games is the best way to be fit and lose weight.
