The important thing in life is not the triumph but the struggle, the essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well.The important thing in life in these Olympics is not so much winning as taking part. The important thing in life is not victory but the battle. The essential thing is not to have conquered but to have been a good loser . by participating we learn something from it , experience it. participating gives one self esteem to win makes it greater to them no two people can come first , so even coming in last remember you finished your goal regardless , as long as you finished, so coming in last :) so be proud

As we all know that we all want to win from childhood. at any level competition in playing or in studying we all want to win. but winning is not necessary if we participate this learns a lot of new experience. Participating improves our performance and if we do well our chances to be a champion is much increases. winning is not a only thing which we want we have to participate and have a new experience. without participation we could't win so participation is must important. If we lose one time or twice we don't get upset we have to try and try until we success.
