if sphere just fit in the cylinderical vessel and height of vessel equal height of sphere then height of vessel equal diameter of sphere
let r is the radius of sphere and vessel
and h is the height of vessel
a/c h=2r
now
surface area of sphere=4.pi.r^2
surface area of vessel=2pi.r.h=2pi.r (2r)
=4pi.r^2
hence
surface area of sphere=surface area of vessel
