Given,

h = 35cm
r = 7cm

Curved surface area of 1 cylinder =

2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r \times h \\  = 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 35 \\  = 2 \times 22 \times 35 \\  = 1540 {cm}^{2}
Therefore area of papersheet needed to make 100 such cylinder =

1540×100

= 154000 square cm.

Hope it helps.
