Given that,

Length of the wirel=1.5m

Change in length Δl=1.55×10−3m

Weight = m=10kg

Now, the stress is

  =AF

 =Amg

 =0.785×10−610×10

 =127.3×106N/m2

Now, the strain is

  =lΔl

 =1.51.55×10−3

 =1.03×10−3

Now, the young modulus is

  Y=lΔlAF

 Y=1.03×10−3127.3×106

 Y=123.5×109

 Y=1.23×1011N/m2

Hence, the stress, strain and young modulus is 127.3×106N/m^ 2,

1.03×10−3,1.23×1011N/m^2
