5s + 2 Yards  , 8s + 8   Yards  , 13s + 10 Yards , 75 Yards ,   3s + 6 Yards  , 27 Yards

Step-by-step explanation:

A square has sides = (5s + 2)/4  Yards

Perimeter of Square = 4 * Side

= 4 * (5s + 2)/4

= 5s + 2 Yards

Sides of rectangle =  (s + 9)  & (3s - 5 ) yards

Perimeter of ractnagle = 2 ( s + 9 + 3s - 5)

= 8s + 8   Yards

Sum of both perimeters = 5s +2 + 8s + 8

= 13s + 10 Yards

if s = 5

then 13*5 + 12 = 75 Yards

Difference

8s + 8  - (5s + 2)

= 3s + 6 Yards

s = 7

3 * 7 + 6 = 27 Yards
