Hi...☺

Here is your answer...✌

Given that,

Side of square
= 10 \frac{1}{2} \: m = 10.5 \: m \\
Length of wire = Perimeter of square

= 4 × Side

= 4 × 10.5 cm

= 42 cm

Wire is converted into a rectangle
and it is given that the length is 14 1/2 m

L = 14 1/2 m = 14.5 m

Then,
Perimeter of rectangle = Length of wire

2(L + B) = 42 cm

14.5 + B = 42/2

B = 21 - 14.5

B = 6.5 cm

HENCE,

The breadth is rectangle which is made up of the given wire is 6.5 cm.
