diagonal = 18 cm 
it means the diameter of circle is equal to the diagonal of the square and the radius of circle is 9 cm
so the area of the circle =$\pi r^{2}$
                                      = $\frac{22}{7}$ × $9^{2}$
                                     =$\frac{1782}{7}$
                                     = 254.57$cm^{2}$
