GIVEN:-

A square of side 11cm and a circle have the same perimeter.

TO FIND:- radius of the circle.

SOLUTION:-

GIVEN AS SQUARE AND CIRCLE HAVE SAME PERIMETER

THEN LET THE RADIUS OF CIRCLE BE Rcm

THEN WE KNOW THAT ,

PERIMETER OF SQUARE = 4 × A ( WHERE A IS SIDE )

CIRCUMFERENCE OR PERIMETER OF CIRCLE = 2 × PI × R

SO ULTIMATELY,

4 × 11 = 2 × 3.14 × R

R = 22/3.14 CM OR 22/22/7

R = 7CM
