Area of Square is
$= (50) {}^{2} \\ = 2500 \: m {}^{2}$
Path is 2.5 m all round it
So inside Park side is 50 - 2.5 - 2.5 = 45 m

Area of inside Park is
$= (45) {}^{2} \\ = 2025 \: m {}^{2}$

Now The area of path is = 2500 - 2025

=475 sq.m
