Find out if a force of 45N can be applied on the tile.

ANsWER :-

Pressure = Force / Area

200N/m^2 = Force / 0.5 × 0.5

Force / 0.5 × 0.5 = 200N/m^2

Force = 200N/m^2 × 0.5 × 0.5

Force = 200 × 0.5 × 0.5N

Force = 50 Newton

Since the Force exerted on the tile is 50 N.

So 45N can be applied on the tile because 45N < 50N
