Answer: 40 identical boxes means that all boxes have the same dimensions. Total height is 1000 cm.

\\Height of each box = \frac{1000}{40} = 25 cm\\ Height of boxes taken = 25(3) = 75 cm\\Current height of stack = 1000 - 75 = 925 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

no of boxes = 40

total hieght of stack = 1000cm.

hieght of 1 box = 1000/40= 25 cm.

no. of boxes taken from stack = 3

hieght decreased = 3×25=75cm.

now hieght of stack= 1000-75 cm.

answer = 925cm.
