If a star rises at 8:00 pm today, then it must rise the star would be rising at 5:53 and 53.179 seconds pm.

The Stars generally rise about 4 minutes earlier every 24 hours. So the timing is changed.

This is happened as the earth is going around the sun in "counter clockwise' direction.

But the setting and rising positions of that star must not change.
