Answer:

Description for Correct answer:

Ratio of the equivalent capitals of A, B and C for 1 month

= (12 x 4) : (6 x 8) : ( 5 x 8) = 48 : 48 : 40

= 6 : 6 : 5

Sum of ratios = 6 + 6 + 5 = 17

If total annual profit be Rs.x then

A's share - C's share = 250

=> 6x/17 - 5x/17 = 250

=> x/17 = 250

=> x= 17 x 250 = Rs. 4250
