(a) Two advantages of transpiration in the plant body are as follows :

(i) It helps in absorption and upward movement of water and minerals from roots to the leaves.

(ii) It regulates the temperature.

(b)
Transpiration:
Transport of water and minerals
Occurs through xylem by simple physical forces.

Translocation:
Transport of soluble product of photosynthesis.
Occurs through phloem by utilizing energy.

(c) Plants have a slow transport system because they have a large portion of dead cells in many tissues and also, they have low energy needs.

Transpiration is the process through which excess water from plant body is released through the stomata present on surface of leaf.

Transpiration pull is the process through which water is taken into by the roots of the plant. It helps in maintaining cohesion-adhesion tension, so that water can move through xylem up to leaves.

It also helps in cooling process of the tree.

In a way transpiration helps in cloud formation. Water vapour released will help in cloud formation also.
