We know that , τ = Iα ⇒τ = Idωdθ ⇒ τ dθ = I dω ⇒ [aθ+b]dθ = I dωTaking integration on both sides , we get ,aθ^2/2+ bθ = Iω , where moment of inertia , I = 12MR2 .Now you will get angular velocity.
