Mass of light fragment = 2 kg  

Mass of heavier fragment = 5 kg

Speed of light fragment = 700 m/s

We need to calculate the speed of heavier fragment

Using conservation of momentum

MV=m_{1}v_{1}+m_{1}v_{2}

Put the value into the formula

0=2\times700-5v_{2}

v_{2}=\dfrac{2\times700}{5}

v_{2}=280 m/s

Hence, The speed of heavier fragment is 280 m/s.
