Let speed of streamer in still water = x km/h
downstream speed = ( x + 1 ) km/h
upstream speed = ( x - 1 ) km/h
distance= 9 ( x + 1 ) = 10 ( x - 1 )
9x + 9 = 10x - 10
x = 19
speed of streamer in still water = 19 km/h
distance= 9 ( x + 1 ) = 9 x ( 19 + 1 )
= 180 km

Hey Mate.......
Here is your answer.......
Let the speed of the steamer in still water be x .
Downstream speed = ( x+1) km/h
Upstream speed = ( x-1) km/h
Hence ,
The distance of downstream = 9(x+1)
The distance of upstream = 10(x-1)
: . 9(x+1) =10(x-1)
=> 9x+9 =10x-10
=> 9x-10x= -10 -9
=> -x = -19
=> x = 19
:. The speed of the steamer in still water =19 km/h
and, the distance = 9 (x+1) km
= 9 (19+1)km
= 9×20= 120 km
Hope it will help you .......
