Poisson’s ratio = Lateral strain / Longitudinal strain
Lateral strain = [0.2 cm / 20 cm] × 0.19 = 0.0019
∴ Lateral strain is 0.0019
Lateral strain = [0.2 cm / 20 cm] × 0.19 = 0.0019
∴ Lateral strain is 0.0019
