Given that diameter of 0.5 m wheel for which we are applying a force of 5N.

We know that moment of force is given by r×F

here, d=0.5m

r=0.5/2 m

=0.25m

F=5N

Now there are two forces and from right-hand thumb rule their moments will get added,

Hence moment=0.25m×5N+0.25m×5N

=1.25Nm+1.25Nm

=2.5Nm.

Hence we have a magnitude of 2.5Nm.
