A stone is allowed to fall from the top of a tower 100m high and at the same time another stone is projected vertically upwards from the ground with a velocity if 25 m/s . calculate when and where the tow stone meet.

calculate the distance travelled by the stone which is thrown upwards

v2-u2=2as

v2=2as

625=20s

s=625/20

s=31.25

there fore the stone which fell also will meet at 31.25m
