Actually it depends on the system what u consider?
If u consider body as system as all it is in air the workdone is zero , as it reaches the ground the work is done by the system ( body) on the ground so it is positive . As per my perception it is 980 j

Since the angle between the force vector and displacement vector is 0°, cos0°=1,
Therefore W=+F*s.
