A stone is dropped from a height of 180m on earth. At the same time, another stone is thrown vertically

upwards from a ground with a velocity of 45m/s. At what height from the ground will the stone mee​

u = 45

v= 0

a = - g= - 9.8 , because the stone is throw upward , opposite to gravity

v^2 = u^2 +2aS

0 = 45^2 + (2÷ -9.8 S)

S = 45×45 / 19.6

S = 103.3

total height from ground = h' + S

= 180+103.3

=283.3
