bro the body falling from a height i.e. it is travelling in a straight line therefore distance will be equal to its displacement so, velocity will be equal to speed. ok

V =u+at
V= 0+10*2=20
V^2=2*10*40=800
V =2root2*10
V= 0+10*2=20
V^2=2*10*40=800
V =2root2*10
