height = 9.6 m

since it is about a freely falling body ,

u = 0

S = H = 9.6 m

a = g = 10 m/s²

using the third equation of motion ,

v² = u² + 2as

V² = 0 + 2×10×9.6

     =192

V = √192

  =  √2⁶ × 3

  = 2³√3

  = 8√3 m/s
