A stone is thrown from the horizontal ground at an angle of projection of 30° with a speed of 49m/s.calculate its horizontal range

V(horizontal) = 49*cos(30) = 49*√3/2

U(vertical) = 49*sin(30) = 49/2

Horizontal distance = V(horizontal)*2t

using vertical velocity V = u+at => 0 = 49/2 - 10*t

t = 49/20


For Horizontal distance = 49*(√3/2)*2*(49/20) = 4802*√3/40 = 208m
