v = 20m/s

H = 90 m

Horizontal Range can be calculated as

R = v^2 Sim 2 theta/  g
       = 400 / 10
R      = 40m

Thus the range is 40 m
Final velocity can be calculated as

v^2 - u^2 = 2gR
400 - u^2 = 20*40
       u ^2 = 400
    u = 20

Thus the final velocity will be 20 m/s
