a stone is thrown upward with 4.9m/s find the maximum height attained by stone if acc.due to gravity g =9.8m/s2 acting downwards?

When it goes to the top most point then the velocity becomes 0
v=u+at
0=4.9+(-9.8)*t
-4.9=-9.8t
1/2 or 0.5sec is the time

s=ut +(1/2)at²
s=4.9*1/2+(1/2)9.8*1/2*1/2
s=2.45+1.22
s=3.67m
I guess I'm right
