A stone is thrown upwards with a velocity of 72 km/hr. if air resistance is neglected, find the maximum height travelled by it and the time taken for it to return to the initial position​

Vo = 72 km / h = 72 / 3.6 = 20 m / sec

if there is no friction and I consider the isolated system then the conservation of Mechanical Energy is worth

Total energy = constant = initial kinetic energy = final gravitational potential energy
