Opposing the tension will be the centrifugal force of magnitude =MV²/R
Here M=2kg R=3m
Therefore Max centrifugal force =Max tension
MV²/R=2.5
V=(2.5*R/M)½
V=(2.5*3/2)½
V=(7.5/2)½
V=(3.75)½
V=1.936m/s
And angular velocity =1.936*3=5.809/s
