A stone thrown vertically upward with initial velocity u reaches a height h before comi down show that the time taken to go up is same as the time taken to come down

consider upwards direction to be positive 
for stone to go up;
initial velocity=u
height=h m
final velocity =0 m/s(at max. height v=0)
a=-10 m/s^2
v=u+at
0=u+(-10)t
u=10t
t=u/10 s
for stone going downwards,
initial velocity=-u m/s
a=10m/s^2
v=0 m/s
v=u+at
0=-u+10t
t=u/10 s
