Solution :

★ C.S.A of room = 2h ( L + B )

→ C.S.A = 2 × 3.5 ( 6 + 5 )

→ C.S.A = 7 × 11

→ C.S.A = 77 m²

⇒ Cost of 1 m² white washing = ₹ 12

⇒ Cost of 245 m² white washing = 12 × 77 = 924

∴ Cost of white washing ita four walls is ₹ 924
