a stray pup in our locality is behaving weirdly since past 3 days it is not eating and while we have tried to make it drink milk water etc. it is not eating anything and is just lying in a corner and not moving .what should I do? is it having some disease?

yaa i think he is suffering from rabies genrally it causes illness and tiredness
