A strict constructionist believes that a) the government should the government should only exercise those powers that were intended by the Framers of the Constitution.  

Constitution is the backbone of any country and the rules contained in the constitution must be followed by the government word by word nut on the other side people on the opposition side that while constitution has written laws and rule but there should be a room for improvement since there are a lot of things in the constitution that still deemed as unfair.
