Hey mate !

_________

We know,

2nd Harmonic means 1st Overtone

As both edges are clamped, Both are nodes

We can take, l = lamda

lamda = 2m

So points of maximum amplitude are :- 1/2m and 3/2 m

_______

Thanks …ʘ‿ʘ

Answer:

At x= 0.5m , 1.5m

Sonometer works as standing wave

For standing /stationary wave, maximum Amplitude occurs at Antinodes.
