the truth is that ,0.3 is greater than -0.25.

but -0.3 is not greater than -0.25.

as we know that ,on going left to right on the number line the numbers go on increasing.

the number which we get first will be smaller,the number which we get later will be greater.

so when we go on number line, firstly we get -0.3 then -0.25 then 0.3.

thus, -0.3<-0.25<0.3
