a student is investigating a reaction between zinc and hydrochloric acid. The reaction produces hydrogen gas and a solution of zinc chloride. how would you expect the mass of the flask and it's contents to change over the course of the reaction? Explain your answer

The mass would become more.
Zinc is displacing the hydrogen gas which gets removed.
As Zinc is heavier then hydrogen the moleculer weight will become more.
