he is suffering from hypermetropia
correction - wearing a concave lens

srikanthbandi78: Sir..How to take far point and near point..I mean if it becomes 3m the answer is myopia...For 1m hypermetropia..My question is what is the maximum distance can be taken for myopia

He is suffering from myopia possible causes are i) excessive curvature of eye lens ii) elongation of eye ball
