mean = (90+91+95+92)/4 = 368/4 = 92s

Since the least count is 1s, we can measure 92s.

So reported mean time should be 92s.

If the mean had come out to be 90.3s or 90.4s, you should have reported it as 90s as least count is 1s and you can not measure 0.3 or 0.4 s
