A student places a piece of cucumber a glass piece, a banana peel & a plastic pen in a pit & closes it.
What changes can be observed in these materials after a month?

Answer:

After a month the cocumber peice and banana peel would have been rottened and mixed with soil.This is because they are bio degradable and they are degraded by bacteria present in the soil.On the other hand glass and plastic would be there as it is because they cannot be degraded by soil bacteria
