A student prepared a solution of 1) an acid and 2) a base in separate beakers she forgot to label and litmus paper is not available in the laboratory since the solution is colorless how will she distinguish between the two

there are three types of indicator , synthetic, natural and olfactory but in this case she don't use litmus paper which is given. so she can not use the method of natural indicator.. she can use phenol phthalic this is color less in acid solution this means the color less solution is acid and other one is base
