The biggest circle that can be cut from sheet will have diameter of 21 cm.
So, radius(r)=21/2 cm
So,
area of circle=pi*r^2
=(22/7)*(21/2)*(21/2)
=693/2
=346.5 cm^2
So, radius(r)=21/2 cm
So,
area of circle=pi*r^2
=(22/7)*(21/2)*(21/2)
=693/2
=346.5 cm^2
