A student was preparing temporary mount of human cheek cells. During this, the student added few drops of stain for easy identification.But even after staining, certain cell organelle were not visible in the microscope.Why?Also write the name of the stain used

Answer :

There are two reasons behind this :

(1) Because of air Bubbles would have filled the cavity of coverslip and the cell organelles were not visible in the microscope.

(2) Because he/she had overstated the mount

Name of satin : Safranin/Methylene Blue
