total speed doring whole journey =
30+20 km/h=50 km/h
therefore
average speed = 50/2
= 25km/h

suppose, the distance of the road = x km
then, the average speed
=2x/(x/20+x/30) km/h
=2x/(5x/60) km/h
=2x*60/5x km/h
=2*12 km/h
=24 km/h (Ans)
then, the average speed
=2x/(x/20+x/30) km/h
=2x/(5x/60) km/h
=2x*60/5x km/h
=2*12 km/h
=24 km/h (Ans)
