total \: amount \: of \: sugar = 30 \: kg

consumed \: sugar = \frac{2}{3} \: of \: 30 \: kg

 = ( \frac{2}{ \cancel3} \times \cancel{30}10)kg

 = 20 \: kg

left \: sugar = total \: sugar - consumed \: sugar

 = 30 \: kg - 20 \: kg

 = (30 - 20)kg

 = 10 \: kg
