hey.. here's ur solution
let sum = Rs x and rate = R% per annum
then,
amount = (25/ 16 )x
therefore ,
(25/ 16) x = x ( 1+ R/100)²
( 5/4 )² = ( 1+ R/100)²
on comparing, we get
➡5/4 = ( 1+ R /100 )
➡R / 100. = 1/ 4
therefore,
➡R = 25%
