A sum of ₹2,500 yields an interest of ₹800 in 4 years. How many years will it take for 4,000 to
yield an interest of ₹960 at the same rate of interest?​

First we find rate of interest.

R=SI*100/PT

So, SI*100=800*100=80000

P*T=2500*4=10000

R=80000/10000

=8%

Now, we find t

T=SI*100/PR

=960*100/4000*8

96000/32000

=96/32

=3

Hence time is 3 years.
